Start in one of Wales’ World Heritage sites – the strategically important Conwy with its castle, walls, bridges and harbour. Next travel into the valley to visit isolated villages, with pretty houses, lonely churches and historic sites, where the Romans made their mark 2,000 years ago. The Conwy Valley is famous for producing food of the highest quality and the innovative Bodnant Food Centre that showcases the region’s products but is also an opportunity to sample and learn about their production and development. You can also visit one or more farms during the day to see at first-hand how Welsh farmers and growers live and work.
