The castle was built in 1820 and has been lovingly restored to as close as the original as possible.

Day 1: Arrival in Wales
Today, you will arrive at the boutique Glandyfi castle where you will have the evening to relax in your luxury accommodation for the night. The view from Glandyfi Castle was once described in the Daily Telegraph as "undoubtedly the most magnificent view from any house I know in Britain", and you can spend the evening relaxing.

Day 2: Machynlleth & Aberystwyth 
This morning why not explore the local area? Nearby is the town of Machynlleth, the ‘ancient capital of Wales’. Why not travel to Nanteos Mansion this afternoon, a Georgian country house situated in the heartland of Wales, overlooking the lush Cambrian Mountains and sweeping Cardigan bay. You can enjoy a tour of this historic Grade 1 listed mansion house, before enjoying a traditional Welsh cream tea baked freshly in the Nanteos kitchens? From here, you could explore the bustling student town of Aberystwyth before returning back to your accommodation.

Day 3: Departure Journey
Today you will depart the hotel for your return journey home. Why not take a drive through the Brecon Beacons National park along the way? This stunning National Park is well worth a visit!
